Short bio
Yianni Psaltis, PhD, is an investor and company-builder at the confluence of AI and human healthspan. He is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of NeoGenesis Capital and was previously Managing Director at Link Ventures, a founding team member of the nearly $250M Link-XPV Fund. Trained as a cancer biologist at Georgetown, he brings a scientist’s rigor to evaluating the companies redefining human health.

Yianni Psaltis, PhD, is an investor and company-builder at the confluence of AI and human healthspan. He is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of NeoGenesis Capital, investing behind a single conviction: that biology is becoming programmable, and that the companies who master it will define the next era of human health. Previously he was Managing Director at Link Ventures, where he helped establish and launch the nearly $250M Link-XPV Fund from Day 1 alongside Peter Diamandis and Dave Blundin, and before that served as "Strike Force" Entrepreneur-in-Residence to Dr. Peter H. Diamandis, where he was instrumental in launching XPRIZE Healthspan — helping shape the initial prize structure, leading the search that identified its Executive Director, and helping raise the $157M that made it the largest XPRIZE in the foundation's history. Since 2022 he has co-curated the Abundance Longevity Trip with Peter Diamandis and personally reviews more than 400 life sciences companies advancing human healthspan each year. He holds an MS in Biotechnology and a PhD in Cancer Biology from Georgetown University, where his research focused on estrogen receptor–positive breast cancer and endocrine resistance. He has been featured at ARDD, the XPRIZE Healthspan Investor's Summit, the Future Investment Initiative (FII), Longevity Docs, and TEDxBoston: Unlocking Longevity.
